Deliberate slam firing  is the discharge of a firearm occurring as a cartridge is fully loaded into the chamber with the firing pin held forward by holding the trigger depressed during the loading cycle. Only achievable with manually operated and magazine fed firearms. (Typically pump action shotguns).
