REACH (Amendment) Regulations 2026

Members may wish to see the following.
Yesterday the Secretary of State laid a statutory instrument before Parliament entitled “The REACH (Amendment) Regulations 2026″.
This is essentially the lead in ammunition proposals set out by HSE and then DEFRA and comes into force on 1st April 2026. It can be found here.

There are different proposals being discussed in the EU now, notably regarding removing bullets from the restriction, but not shot, whilst the existing geopolitical situation exists.
