This took place on Sunday 26^th September at Bisley.

The course of fire was 2 convertible sighters and 10 to score. The morning session was at 300 yards, the afternoon at 500 yards.

The morning started with fairly dense mist, however, by the time shooting started there was only a slight haze left. The afternoon was pleasantly sunny with a moderate crosswind from left to right.

We had 20 competitors and two unable to attend (one due to illness and one due to the petrol shortage). 30 cards were shot.

I think all in all it was a pleasant days shooting. Rafts of complaints about the quality of the markers.

Finance: the ranges cost £345 for the day, 3 markers £330 total £645.00

With 20 shooters a small profit was made (this will just cover the loss made by the practice day).
