On Saturday 2nd November our regular Autumn booking on the BSRC Time Limit Range was repurposed as a Rook & Rabbit competition. 

In drear weather, best described as ‘Scotch Mist’, ten competitors  completed 28 R&R courses of fire.

 As may be seen from the Results chart, this event brings out a wonderful array of unusual rifles – a great pleasure to observe and discuss. I am confident that many other members have interesting R&R rifles lurking in the back of their cabinets – next year, why not come along and give those rifles an airing? That said, it was very encouraging to see some members that have not previously been regular Rook & Rabbit competitors.

The consensus was that this event was a success, and should be repeated next autumn. We are grateful to BSRC for making this booking available.
