Dear Competitors

Thank you all for competing in our 20th Annual Midlands Rook and Rabbit competition.

This autumn saw us return to the MLAGB range at Wedgnock Warwick.

This year we had 22 individual entrants, competing in a total of 59 matches and 118 match cards. Unfortunately, 4 regulars were unable to attend due to holidays or ill health. We also attracted 6 new individuals.

I would very much like to thank the management of the MLAGB for allowing us to utilise their range facilities.

Once again, the weather gods treated us well, with a reasonable temperature, over cast skys, no wind and above all no rain.

Four volunteer members (sorry pressed men) took a turn as range officer and everything ran very smoothly. A big thankyou to Martin, Jon, Geoff and Stuart.

Each detail consisted of 13 shots at both 25m & 50m with the best 10 shots being counted at each distance. The match results may be viewed here >>>>

Look out for the Christmas Charity Rook & Reindeer on Saturday 29th November 2024, with all proceeds going to Macmillan Cancer Support.
