Thank you all for competing in this our 2nd Spring Midland Rook and Rabbit competition.

Originally set up following the Covid restrictions, it has proven to be popular and it looks like it will become a regular feature.

As always, I would very much like to thank the Committee and Members of Stourport on Severn Rifle club for allowing us the use of their range.

The Spring weather started with a heavy frost but the sun came out and we had a glorious all day. long.

We attracted 14 entrants, who shot a total of 54 matches.

Cakes made a much appreciated return thanks to Chris Gray and biscuits from Mrs Boulton.

I must congratulate and commend all those who attended, everything ran extremely smoothly.

As initiated due to the Covid restrictions each detail consisted of 13 shots at both 25m & 50m with the best 10 shots being counted at each distance.

This has proved to be a much better method and will continue to be used,

Many thanks to all those who attended, especially the individuals who found themselves volunteered to act as RO.  No complaints just happy to help. Tom, Phil, Richard, Chris and Tony.
