Please find attached my UK Annual Report to FESAC >>>> which was duly presented on 16th June 2026, plus the excellent FESAC Position Paper>>>>, which is self explanatory, prepared by the FESAC Chairman, Stephen Petroni, with modest input from board members including myself, and the positive response from Comm. G Micaleff.

Please note the FESAC Position Paper, which is self explanatory, and prepared by the FESAC Chairman, Stephen Petroni. There has been a positive acknowledgement  from an EC commissioner. We await news on potential action on it by the EC.
