BSSC representatives still receive detailed meeting minutes, part of which may be confidential such as discussions currently taking place, and these quarterly reports are now a condensed version of activity which can be used for publication, as were Legislative Reports. Of course any matters in hand will be updated in the following reports where this is possible.
