Amendments to the Antique Firearms Regulations 2021
Members may wish to note the following message from the Home Office confirming that the expected amendments have entered into law. This is correction of an omission which we had raised with them, plus other small corrections.

The Circular sets out amendments to the Antique Firearms Regulations 2021 to correct an omission from the 2021 Regulations by adding to paragraph 5 of the Schedule (cartridges for vintage rifles, punt guns and shot guns) “cartridges with bores greater than 10”. The changes come into effect on 28 December 2021.
